Salads… tasty and refreshing during the hot Summer days. However, salads should not only be made from lettuce. Some of the best salads I have made were when I needed to clean out my vegetable drawer. Prep Day #15 – School’s out for Summer!
The final school day bell has rung. The kids are happy that Summer is finally here. For our kids at home, schools out means no more homework, no need to wake up early in the morning, no more school uniforms and no need to pack school lunches… life is great during Summer!
Prep Day #14 – Loaded Baked Potatoes

A Father…
When we are young, we keep asking Mom everything. Mom this, Mom that! But what about the Father’s in our lives? I was blessed to have wonderful, dedicated Parents. Even though I have a special bond with my Mom, there is something special in the bond between a Daughter and her Father!
Prep Day #13 – Stroganoff Meatballs

This week, I am sharing with you a main dish that can be served 2 ways… one prep, twice the fun!
