Veggies… hidden or raw, your kids will enjoy these!

Eat your vegetables…  is a phrase we often hear parents say to their kids.  On my end, when my kids  were young, I always prone quality over quantity.  What do I mean by this?  Well, I would rather have my kid eat 1 or 2 pieces of vegetable I had put in their plates then to have a mountain of veggies and for them not wanting to touch a piece.  Result:  my kids always preferred veggies over fruits!

In this video,  I will share with  you some of the things I did when  my kids were young to ensure they would have veggies in their daily food consumption.  Being a young mother,  the important things I told myself was, don’t give up!  It took years for my son to enjoy broccoli.  Now, it is one of his favorite vegetable.

Milestones… Life is full of them!

We remember how it was growing up… every life event was a milestone. Some of these milestones we don’t remember (our first steps for example), but our parents sure do.  Others are linked to personal experiences, like a first kiss (parents will not necessarly know this one)! Then you have these milestones that are celebrated by everyone… like finishing High School!

What? You have a Boyfriend!

Congratulations, it’s a girl!  From the minute you hear these word, you already worry about the guys that will come knocking on your door.  I’m no different than anyone else… it’s the first thing I thought.  Easy plan, she won’t be allowed to date until she is an adult –technically at 18– but if I had my way, she would have waited until she was 30.
