Veggies… hidden or raw, your kids will enjoy these!

Eat your vegetables…  is a phrase we often hear parents say to their kids.  On my end, when my kids  were young, I always prone quality over quantity.  What do I mean by this?  Well, I would rather have my kid eat 1 or 2 pieces of vegetable I had put in their plates then to have a mountain of veggies and for them not wanting to touch a piece.  Result:  my kids always preferred veggies over fruits!

In this video,  I will share with  you some of the things I did when  my kids were young to ensure they would have veggies in their daily food consumption.  Being a young mother,  the important things I told myself was, don’t give up!  It took years for my son to enjoy broccoli.  Now, it is one of his favorite vegetable.

Feel free to follow me on my YouTube Channel as I will share more of these tips and ideas.
