Who says hummus is only for vegetables and crackers? As I continue my journey towards weight loss, I try to find ways to eat less carb, but still have the food I love. Since I also rarely snack between meals, it’s difficult to fit hummus in my menu. Why not incorporate it in my meal?

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs

Since we started this “KEPA” journey, I’ve been trying to find new ways to cut carbs and sugar while satisfying our sweet tooth! My husband and I are always up for Reese’s peanut butter cups. Taking this into consideration, and looking into different recipes and how to cut carbs without impacting our taste buds, I came up with a little something that tastes amazing!
