Happy 1 year LaBrayonne… with Truffles

Well, 1 year ago Today, I was posting my opening blog!  Indeed it was short but it was the spark that got everything started.  To celebrate this day, I shared some homemade truffles with my team at work.

Go Team!

I love sharing goodies with my team.  I often bring to work cookies, cupcakes, squares and now truffles.  This truffle recipe will take you 10 min max to make… and overnight in the fridge.  To make it you will need these 3 main ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 3/4 cup of powdered sugar (sifted)

Mix in the cocoa powder and butter.  Once mixed, add in the powdered sugar.  Using your hand work all ingredients together.  This will softened the butter anc make it easy to shape.  You can do individual truffle balls or you can shape it into a large roll and refrigerate overnight.  If you make a roll, slice it up into truffle slices.

Roll them in any topping you like…

Thank you for all your support! Looking forward to more recipe sharing, parenting sharing and overall life sharing… love you all!
