Terriaki marinade (for Salmon or Trout)
3/4 cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of Olive oil
1 tsp of ground ginger
1 clove of garlic
Mix well and pour over Salmon filet (max 24h), Salmon steaks (max 8h) or Trout filet (max 6h) in the fridge.
