Fridge, Freezer & veggie drawer clean-up!!!
- Italian sausages (2) from which the meat was extracted
- 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- left over kale (1 cup)
- left over mushrooms sliced (1/2 cup)
- left over marinara sauce (2 cups)
- any pasta you have on hand!
Cook pasta according to package.
In separate pan, cook onion & sausage meat first. Halfway, add garlic & mushrooms. Last add kale and let the kale shrink… add your sauce & pasta.
