Blueberry Crumble

  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp Butter

In greased baking dish (or ramekins), put your blueberries.  In separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter until all crumbled.  Add in your oats.  Place evenly on top of blueberries.  Bake for 35 minutes (20 – 25 in ramekins) at 350°F.  Serve immediately or cool overnight in the fridge.  Top off with ice cream of whipped cream.
